It seems that SEVERAL patients that have required doses of more than 100-120mg's are being put through the RINGER by the state of Tennessee to get to an adequate dose... Tell your stories. Has this happened to you? Did you end up getting the increases you needed? Are you still at an inadequate dose due to state interference? Evil or Very Mad

In order for me to go from 90-120mg I had a total of 6 methadone blood levels and/peak and troughs.. seems like every 5mgs I was getting one...
